Welcome! This is a club for fans of the RussiaxLithuania pairing, two characters from the webcomic/anime series Axis Powers Hetalia by Himaruya Hidekaz. Any supporters of this pairing are welcome. C:

If you think this club is for you, just follow the instructions below:

Joining the club:

:bulletred: Send a note to the club entitled "JOIN".
:bulletred: Watch the club.
:bulletred: Put the club icon somewhere on your page. To do so, type :iconrussia x lietfans: without spaces.

You don't need to submit art to be a member of the club! Just join!

Club Rules:

:bulletblue: You must be a fan of the Russia/Lithuania pairing to join. At the very least a fan of the series. That should be obvious.
:bulletblue: Do not favorite club submissions! Leave all favorites and comments on the original work.
:bulletblue: Art theft isn't cool.

Submitting Artwork:

:bulletyellow: Send a note to the club with the subject "SUBMIT" linking to your submission.
:bulletyellow: If you want to submit your artwork, you need to give us permission! We don't want to get in any trouble. Just put "RussiaxLietFans has permission to use this artwork" or something along those lines in the artist comments.
:bulletyellow: Artwork, cosplay photos, fan fiction... Anything's allowed, it's not just limited to drawings! Go crazy.
